about

This was the both the 1st and the next to last song I completed for this EP. Right now you're saying...."Huh?" I made a pass at it once....but the lyrics were too basic...it wasn't meaty enough. Rebel was like "Man D...you ALWAYS hate your shit afterwards". And he's right. I do.

That doesn't change the fact that I know when stuff ain't up to snuff. So, after the majority of this work was in and both Rebel and I were getting excited...I went back in and gave it another shot. Literally 24 hour turn around between writing and recording....this is the joint where I talk about my thoughts of Suicide and my serious issues with how I'm perceived...just because I'm a tall and normally disheveled black man in America.

That end part? Oh...that's Queen N'yami...my heart, my shining star, and one of the main reasons I didn't leave this bitch before my time.

She kilt it. Pardon the pun.
